3pattino1 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of 3pattino1 at https://3pattino1.bid ("the Platform"), you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 3pattino1 ("the Company", "we", "us").

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using 3pattino1. Continued use of the Platform after any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. We will notify registered players of material changes by email or via a notice on the Platform.

To register and play on 3pattino1, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Age verification is applied to all new accounts and may be requested at any time during your membership.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or otherwise located in a jurisdiction where accessing 3pattino1 is lawful.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or suspended from 3pattino1 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or operating a shared, proxy, or corporate account without prior written approval.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Pakistani law.

3pattino1 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each player is permitted to hold one account on 3pattino1. Creating duplicate accounts, whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identities, is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected as belonging to the same person, 3pattino1 will close all duplicate accounts and may withhold any winnings or bonuses obtained through them.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. 3pattino1 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your password or failed to keep it confidential.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 3pattino1 account.
• Do not share your account with any other person, including family members.
• Log out from shared or public devices after every session.
• Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Account ownership is non-transferable. Selling, gifting, or transferring your 3pattino1 account to another person is not permitted under any circumstances.

All transactions on 3pattino1 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

The minimum deposit is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 200. There are no deposit fees charged by 3pattino1, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Withdrawals are processed as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically processed within 15 minutes of request submission.
• Bank Transfer (IBFT): Typically 1–3 business hours depending on the receiving bank.
• Visa / Mastercard: Typically 1–3 business days.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the name on your 3pattino1 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. 3pattino1 reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used to deposit or withdraw funds.

Player funds are held in accounts separate from 3pattino1's operational funds. In the event of insolvency, player balances are ring-fenced and protected to the extent permitted by applicable law.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on 3pattino1 are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible for a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to Rs 50,000. The bonus is credited automatically upon qualifying deposit. The bonus and any winnings derived from it are subject to a 10x wagering requirement. This means you must wager the total of (deposit + bonus) ten times before the bonus portion becomes withdrawable.

• Wagering contributions: Sports bets (match result markets) contribute 100%. Live Casino and Card Games contribute 50%. Virtual Sports contribute 25%.
• The welcome bonus is available once per player, household, IP address, and device.
• Bonus funds expire 30 days from the date of credit if wagering requirements are not met.
• Maximum bet while a bonus is active: Rs 2,000 per single bet or hand. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may be voided.
• The Company reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time.

Refer a Friend Bonus: The referring player earns Rs 2,000 per valid referral. The referred player must be a new, unique user who registers via the referral link and completes a first deposit of at least Rs 500 within 30 days of registration. All bets and game outcomes on 3pattino1 are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring that their selections are correct before confirming a bet. 3pattino1 does not accept responsibility for errors made by the player during the bet placement process.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed on the relevant bet slip or game interface before confirmation. These limits may vary by sport, event, market type, and account status. 3pattino1 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at its discretion, including for individual accounts.

• Sports Betting: Minimum single bet Rs 100. Results are settled according to official results declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or curtailed, settlement rules specific to each market apply and are available on the platform.
• Live Casino: Minimum table bet Rs 100. Game outcomes are determined in real time by live dealers and are final. Technical disconnections during a live game do not entitle the player to a refund unless the round was provably not completed.
• Card Games: Minimum bet Rs 50. Game logic is governed by a certified random number generator (RNG). RNG audit certificates are available on request.
• Poker: Players may not discuss hand strategies in active pots. Intentional collusion between players is a serious breach of these terms and will result in permanent bans and fund forfeiture.
• Virtual Sports: Outcomes are computer-generated. Minimum bet Rs 100. Markets close at the start of the simulated event.

Palpably incorrect odds or prices posted in error by 3pattino1 are void and bets placed at such prices will be cancelled with stakes returned. The Company will make every reasonable effort to identify and correct such errors promptly.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 3pattino1 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds held at the time of the breach:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts (duplicate or shared accounts).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with 3pattino1 in a manner not explicitly permitted.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in poker, card games, or any real-money game.
• Laundering funds or using 3pattino1 as a vehicle for any financial crime.
• Attempting to manipulate game or betting outcomes through any external means.
• Sharing account access with any third party, including for the purpose of claiming bonuses.
• Using another person's payment method without that person's explicit consent and without providing verification of that consent to 3pattino1.

3pattino1 actively monitors accounts for suspicious activity using automated and manual review systems. Where prohibited conduct is detected, the Company reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and to report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

All content on 3pattino1 – including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, odds data, editorial content, software, and visual design – is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensed suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from 3pattino1 without prior written consent. Screen-scraping, data-mining, or extracting odds data for commercial use is expressly prohibited.

The collection, storage, and use of personal data provided to 3pattino1 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them.

By registering, you consent to 3pattino1 collecting and processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data provided during registration, data gathered through your use of the Platform, and data obtained from payment processors for verification purposes.

We do not sell player data to third parties. Data is shared with payment processors, fraud detection services, and regulatory bodies only to the extent required to operate the Platform and meet legal obligations.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed, any legitimate balance will be refunded via your registered payment method within 14 business days.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any valid real-money balance (not bonus funds) will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to identity verification.

3pattino1 provides the Platform "as is" and makes no representations or warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Company is not liable for:

• Errors in bet placement made by the player.
• Delays in withdrawals caused by your payment provider.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by the Company.
